Buderus Boiler accession - twelve zones

Buderus oil-fired boiler installation - installed entirely by Richard W. Guest. System includes Buderus outdoor reset, eleven individual heating zones (a zone for each room), one DHW zone, DHW circulation loop with timer in Buderus computer head for instant on-demand hot water throughout the dwelling. Over 1/4 mile 3/4" type M copper installed throughout the dwelling for feeds and returns. All zones and piping isolated with ball valves to facilitate isolation to work on zones as needed without shutting down the whole system. Hydronic baseboard heat, radiant floor heat and a Modine unit in the attached garage. The boiler needed to be installed near the chimney. Due to space limitations in the vicinity of the boiler, the main header loop extends into the adjoining basement (as you can see, behind the boiler through the entrance to that basement). In that adjoining basement, there is ample room for all the circulators and associated apparatus for ease of working on same. There is a Taco circulator acting as a heat pump for constantly circulating the water through the main 1 1/4" insulated header. That main header is the same temperature as the boiler and is essentially an 'extension' of the boiler.
